How It's Made

Our candles are hand poured by a real person with only the highest quality clean scents.

We use toxin-free coconut apricot wax; also paraben and phthalate-free, & gluten-free. This wax is natural, clean burning, vegan, and burns slowly and evenly.

The 8oz candle features two cotton wicks.

The Story

In the dimness of a once opulent boudoir of the “Château de Luxe Hotel”, a dapper skeleton sways slowly in a mournful dance, its hollow eyes fixed on an unseen specter of memory. The room, once filled with laughter & music, is now eerily silent, save for the distant lilting melody of "Danse Macabre" echoing through time itself. The skeleton was once a wealthy young gentleman who fell deeply in love with a young woman of striking beauty, her hair perfumed with the fragrance of black raspberry, rose petals, & peony; the epitome of the French Romantic era. They would dance in this very room, twirling & swaying to the notes of Saint-Saëns' grim, whimsical score. In between their passionate embraces, they indulged in sweet berries & grapes, the air laced with the fruit’s cotton candy aroma. But fate intervened...

The woman fell gravely ill, declaring her love for the young man with her last breath. Unable to bear the pain of her loss, he remained in this richly decorated chamber, forever waiting for his beloved to return. And so, the skeleton dances alone in his “Boudoir Macabre,” stirring the warm, powdery musk aroma that permeates the chamber; a tragic figure trapped in a timeless moment, forever haunted by the memory of his lost love. The boudoir now stands as a monument to their love; a place where the past & present intersect; where the essence of their passion lingers in the air, inviting others to dance in the ghostly light of their love.
