The Story

In the hallowed halls of the Gothic Cathedral, Adriel, a lone paladin knelt in solemn prayer, his hand resting on the hilt of his holy sword. With eyes closed, he sought the strength to vanquish the evil that had taken hold of the land. The fragrances of rosewood, cedar, and sandalwood mingled with his entreaty, imbuing the very air with a sense of sanctity.

As he opened his eyes, he saw the flicker of a shadow move across the room. An evil priest stood before him, his dark eyes fixed on the paladin with a wicked glint.

"I see you're in need of some divine intervention," mocked the dark figure, emanating the fragrance of worn leather and patchouli from his ebony robes. "Perhaps I can offer my services."
